Start noticing how often you say the word, “but.” This word always precedes an excuse for why you think something isn’t possible. It’s time to eliminate this 3 letter word if you are really serious about creating the lifestyle you desire. So, for example, if you’ve been saying, “I hate my small apartment, but I don’t have the funds to find one I really like, you could change that statement. You could say, instead, “I hate my small apartment; and I’m going to start looking within the month for a nicer one that I really like.”
ACTION: Now write down the goal you’ve had that you’ve put on the back burner and at least one or two actions you plan to take to get it started.
